BookServe Fidelity tracks a users purchasing activity across a network of sites and inside the property through a series of contact points. The user is prompted to ‘Opt-In’ during the online booking process, with their key information already filled in. Alternatively they can be registered at the reception point, though an easy to understand screen.
The user can maintain their details, see details of their prior stays, any applicable stay points that have accrued. They can redeem stay points using BookServe, removing the burden of administration from sales and marketing departments and automating the whole process.
As the user is opting in, this communication channel, properly used, can deepen the relationship with the customer and build customer loyalty.
